The results showed that drinking HRW before training <strong>improved performance at the end of sprints<\/strong> \u2013 running time was faster by 1.9\u20133.4% during the last repetitions compared to placebo. <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">Several previous studies have also investigated the potential effects of hydrogen on <strong>perceived fatigue (RPE)<\/strong> and <strong>post-exercise recovery<\/strong>. It has been found that HRW may contribute to <g id=\"gid_2\">lower lactate levels<\/g>, better <g id=\"gid_3\">oxidative stress balance<\/g>, and <g id=\"gid_4\">reduced muscle fatigue<\/g> post-exercise.
